Do you know where all your demand comes from? Do you have the concept of demand streams?

ok, let me explain what I mean. A demand stream is where work comes from against your team, so it could be new features, bugs, security work, or even just things your team have identified. You potentially have two different sources for features depending on how many different systems your team supports - so I'll offer a solution, but it will make more sense once I know have the conceptual idea of demand streams. - Does that make sense?
